Sabantuy! Startup took place in Cheboksary

May, 18-19 Sabantuy! Startup took place in the capital of the Republic of Chuvashia, Cheboksary. As a result of activities aimed at the selection of promising startups, the winner was the of Castor&C project, which develops SaaS-service for the construction of heat and energy-efficient homes calculation at an affordable price.

On the first day the Sabantuy! Startup team visited two major universities of the capital - CSPU and CSU, where it held some lectures on building a career in IT for students of technical specialties.

The second and main day Sabantuy! Startup passed in a conference room of Republican Business Incubator.

10 startup projects were submitted to experts and guests of the event. On a separate screen was carried on an online twitter broadcast, where everyone present could leave comments on each project. The organizers noted the high level of submitted projects and the creative activity of their representatives, making Cheboksary Sabantuy! Startup lively and interesting.

After the final presentations, the experts determined the winning project: Castor&C, which develops SaaS-service for the construction of heat and energy-efficient homes calculation at an affordable price. It was named Startup Batyr, awarded the skullcap and a chance to come to Kazan on the educational program and Demo Day, where it will be able to attract investment and consulting experts as well as world level investors.

Projects that were also noted: the service of electronic books renting (libbbr.com), the apparatus for the rehabilitation of paralyzed patients and the FM modulator that changed the name to imod (gadget for listening to Internet radio in the car).
