Regional Venture Fund of Tver Region announces an open tender for a MC selection

A non-profit organization the Foundation for Promotion of venture capital investments in small and medium enterprises in scientific-technical sphere of Tver Region, announces an open tender for Fund’s managing company selection.

The contest aimed at the selection of a managing company for entrusted administration of Fund’s property (money) in the amount of 200 M RUR in order to include this property in the closed mutual investment fund (CMIF) Regional Venture Fund of Investments in small and medium enterprises in scientific-technical sphere of Tver Region.

The winner of the competition will enter into an agreement of trust management of Fund’s cash assets in the amount of 200 (two hundred) million rubles for up to 7 years. The contract will be made within 90 days period from the date of results protocol signing.

The decision on the winner of the contest is to be made by Fund’s Board of Trustees within 20 business days after opening the bids and will be published in the media.
