MED provides 25B for the development of innovative clusters
Russian Ministry of Economic Development proposes to allocate 25B RUR over the next five years for the development of innovative regional clusters. As stated in the published on Ministry’s website document, the government support may be provided for 25 clusters.
It is proposed to allocate up to 5B RUR annually over five years from the federal budget, beginning from 2013. - the document says.
The list includes clusters of five Russian regions covering all major specializations: medicine and pharmaceuticals, ICT, electronics, nuclear technologies, and others.
