RVC, Rostec and the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs will build a new technopark in Ramenskoe

The Russian Venture Company (RVC), Rostec and the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs launch a joint project – in Ramenskoe of Moscow region there has been started a construction of a new technopark, investments in which during 5 years can comprise about 30B RUB. Initially it is planned to attract Russian enterprises and scientific organizations in this technopark, which specialize at instrument-making, including those that enter the Rostec, and then it is planned to attract international partners.

The park will be located on the territory of 100 hectare, which will allocate the Moscow region Government. The Ramensky region has been selected taking into consideration that there are instrumental-making enterprises and organizations, affiliates of the specialized universities and etc. On this area it is planned to build 70 000 square meters of office-production real estate, and 100 000 square meters of residential property.

Enterprises, which have developed and outputted equipment for aviation and cosmonautics, are interested in their technologies implementation in other sections: power economy, transportation, housing services and utilities; and in the technopark “Ramensky” there will be created conditions for development and implementation of systems for “intellectual buildings”, automatic control units for mining manufactures, smart cabins for transport, and others.

RVC and its partners are planning to provide residents of the technopark services of technical and financing-industrial consulting, and established by the Company Funds are eager to invest in projects – residents of the technopark.
