Russian SUN innovation company complies with international standards

Russian SUN innovation company production quality received further confirmation, this time at the international level. The company has been certified compliant with ISO 9001-2008. The standard describes the requirements for the quality management system and is worked out by the International Organization for Standardization. Such certification is voluntary, and it shows that the company carefully monitors the quality of its products and services and is engaged in the business processes optimization.

According to the Rusnano state corporation press release all necessary documentation was developed and analyzed, the organizational and managerial processes were improved in the process of preparation for the certification. SUN is Rusnano’s project company, Russian manufacturer and exporter of printing equipment and nanoink. The unique SUN’s workout is printing technology based on LEDs, which are environmentally friendly, energy efficient and allow to apply images on any materials, including water. SUN’s products are used in more than 70 countries around the world.

It was an accurate job, but necessary for us as a company that is actively developing in the global market - says SUN’s founder Vladislav Mirchev. - Moreover, the ISO standards are widely accepted and recommended to the member countries of WTO. The results obtained are an independent assessment, which confirms the high competitiveness of the company's ability to produce quality products and provide quality services.
The certification process took over a year and was carried by the internal and the external specialists. As a result, in February after an in-depth audit and examinations for management a positive conclusion was made.

The audit was carried out by TUV NORD CERT specialists. Summing up the results of their work they noted the high level of service, production organizing and workflow. According to TUV NORD CERT experts, deterioration of product quality has become a worldwide trend, and the service sector in Russia is still at an early stage of the life cycle. A positive assessment of the certification outcome is an additional guarantee of the manufacturer reliability, so in this case SUN has sidestepped the worldwide trend.
