Yuri Milner resigned from the Mail.Ru Group board of directors
Mail.Ru Group reports on changes in the Board of Directors.Yuri Milner left the Board of Directors. Dmitry Grishin was elected to the Board of Directors and became the Chairman keeping the position of General Director of the company.
Yuri Milner commented on: Together with Mail.Ru we have gone a long way since the creation of the company and to a successful IPO in November 2010. For some time past, being the Board of Directors Chairman, I watched the team, headed by Dmitry Grishin, with whom we created the company and worked side by side for over 10 years, consistently showed impressive results. I am sure that the Mail.Ru team has excellent potential to develop achieved success under the leadership of Dmitry.
