School for the creation and development of innovative companies opened on Tuesday in Dubna near Moscow, the press service of the special economic zone (SEZ) Dubna reports.
A consulting session/school on the creation and development of companies started on June 25 in Dubna. It takes place at Dubna University with the support of Russian Venture Company and experts from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, - stated in the report.
The aim of the school organizers is to assist early stage innovative companies in improving their competencies and acquiring practical skills. The seminar involves innovative entrepreneurs from different cities of Russia and the CIS, including representatives from eight resident companies of the special economic zone Dubna.
The school’s programme lasts three days. It includes an introductory lecture, workshops and expert discussions on specific innovative projects in terms of obtaining venture capital, the press service of the SEZ adds.
More and more young people are getting involved in innovation activities. I hope that we will study together to become competitive. We need to create an environment where we can help each other: one has money, the other got an idea, so money and idea make it possible to create something new, - the reports quotes the Executive Secretary of the SEZ Supervisory Board.
