Government to obtain the majority share in RSC Energia

According to V.A. Lopota, Corporation President and General Designer, the government will obtain the control packet of shares in Rocket and Space Corporation Energia after its merger with NPO Energomash.

“The merger shouldn’t take longer than 1 year. It will result in increasing the government share in RSC Energia that will exceed 50%. As of today the government owns 38% of RSC Energia and 85% of NPO Energomash”, he said.
