Yaroslavl Business Incubator involving students in a business environment
Yaroslavl region Business Incubator continues active information and advisory activities to engage young people in business. On March 14 Yaroslavl State Agricultural Academy students group visited the Business Incubator, according to the incubator website.After looking round the institution and meeting some of the residents, through presentations guys got acquainted with the specificity of the Business Incubator, the history of Russian entrepreneurship, with the forms of state support for various targeted programs, currently operating on the territory of the Yaroslavl region. Traditionally, Elena Kharitonova, the manager of the Savings Bank of Russia Business development Centre took part in the event. She spoke about the Centre and the wide range of specialized loans to small and medium-sized businesses.
Next, students were involved in an exciting and dynamic business game, I am a professional, designed to promote individual readiness for self-occupation. The game consisted of several stages, each had his own goal, namely within a simulated situation to organize a company, to recruit the staff, to analyze qualities and skills necessary for a professional, to assess the rationality of time use, to act as an investor and as a grantee. Each company maintained accounting of borrowed funds and assessed the contribution of every employee.
The outcome of the game was awarding (the experts were Belsky Ivan, YAGSKHA Associate Professor of the Finance and Credit Department, Kotova Ksenia, the head of state support department for Business Incubator NW SPI, and Kharitonova Elena, the Manager of Savings Bank of Russia Business Development Center) the diplomas to the company, which gained the highest capital in the nomination Fortune, the leader in the Entrepreneur nomination and the employee who has attained the highest professional growth in the nomination Career.
The game was carried out in pilot mode, but received positive feedback from all participants.
