Krasnoyarsk innovative companies at IPO-Board

Nine companies of Krasnoyarsk, seven of which are residents of Krasnoyarsk regional innovation and technology business incubator, registered in IPO-Board – an online information and trading system to raise capital by companies operating in the innovation economy sector. The site exists as a project for non-public companies under RTS MICEX that precedes the placing on the market.

Market for Innovations and Investments (MII-Board) operates under the concept of innovative lift, according to which specialized development institutions cooperate to provide funding for innovative projects at all stages of the innovation cycle.

Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations of Krasnoyarsk Region Olga Ruhhulaeva believes that the chances of an innovative company that uses an online platform for attracting investment have increased significantly: The system allows not only to prepare for an IPO, but also to get advice on a deal with investor for companies that have interesting designs but do not have skills to raise funds for their commercialization.

73 companies are currently registered at the website of IPO-Board, 7 of them are residents of KGAU KRITBI. It is significant that the Krasnoyarsk innovative entrepreneurs have growing interest in this project, and they see a real opportunity to raise capital through the online system.
