Acceleration program by StartupMonthly to take place in Moscow

A team of one of the leading startup accelerators from Silicon Valley StartupMonthly will present a shortened version of its intensive program.

10 startups will have the opportunity to work with mentors from Silicon Valley who will bring their business to the next level. They will consider the basis of Lean startup methodology, learn and apply in practice the principles of Customer Development, re-define how their minimum viable product should look like, as well as learn some ways to optimize their business model. Mentors of StartupMonthly will support startups at all stages of the workshop and help to refine and improve their product development plan.

Topics to be addressed within the 7-day program:

- Systematic methodologies to accelerate the development of technological business by checking key hypotheses of the business model
- How to build a great team of founders and attract top talent to the team
- Leadership and the psychology of startups
- Effective customers development
- How to Build a Lean, Flexible and Scalable Startup
- Mobile/Web User Experience
- Indicators of development and how to measure them
- The minimum viable product (MVP) and the development of a road map
- Formation of traction and users acquisition strategy
- Viral and social marketing
- Pitch to investors: a summary of the nature and potential of ideas

During the demo day, which will be held on September, 15 at the innovation center Skolkovo, startups will present their projects to invited investors and will be able to obtain financing, and more tips and to establish valuable partnerships.

StartupMonthly has also opened registration for the next launch of the program of the startup accelerator in Silicon Valley, which will begin on November, 1 this year.
