Skolkovo helps YouScan to create Russia’s first SocialCRM platform

YouScan Company, a leader of automatic monitoring of Russian social media, became the participant of the Center of Research and Commercialization of New Technologies of the Skolkovo Fund. Under the agreement, the company will develop Russia’s first full-featured SocialCRM platform.

YouScan is a system for automatic monitoring of social media in Russia and Ukraine, which helps companies to be aware of customers’ complaints and feedback published in social media. The development of the project began in 2009, and the system became available to the first customers in January, 2010.

The company will develop innovative approaches to semantic analysis of information from social media and create Russia’s first fully functional SocialCRM platform.
