Technopark Skolkovo conducted training to support resident’s business develop

Training aimed at the development of skills for making presentations took place at the Technopark Skolkovo on July 27, 2012. It was the first paid training of the Technopark.

Anna Nikitina, the organizer of the event, director of international development programs, says that it is the first test training that is in demand of any entrepreneur, whether for the general promotion of the company or, for example, for communicating with investors. A series of trainings on topics that are important for the management and business development, including the involvement of foreign experts, is planned for the autumn. Training will be provided at affordable prices, which will be a special offer for the companies participating in Skolkovo.

Alex Kapterev trained companies in making presentation - the only Russian making presentations trainer known in the West. He is an honorary member of the British Guild of speechwriters, he spoke at Harvard Business School, as well as at Skolkovo Moscow School of Management with his lectures and master classes, and his clients are companies such as Yandex, MTS, Poster-Rambler, Yota. Among his achievements: the most popular presentation about the presentation Death by PowerPoint and Presentation Secrets book published by American publisher Wiley & Sons.

The training was aimed at the ability to create an effective presentation and answered the most frequently asked questions on this topic:

- How to present your company and its innovative product in a proper way?
- How to create a compelling, clear and understandable structure of the presentation?
- How to show the key content?

As a result of the event, the program was highly appreciated by the participants and received an average score of 4.73 out of five possible on a number of parameters.
