The revenue of Ingria residents in Q1 2013 increased by 9%

The total revenue of the residents of Ingria Business Incubator amounted to 126M RUR in Q1 2013. This is 9% higher than in the same period last year.

The average revenue per one resident has also increased. It totaled 1.72M RUR in the first three months of this year (compared to 1.48M RUR in Q1 2011).

The leaders in terms of revenue are LiveTex, eLama.ru and Teksiks companies.

Ingria has over a dozen companies with more than 5M RUR of revenue a quarter, which is a significant growth indicator for startups - the director of Ingria Business Incubator Igor Rozhdestvensky says. - Some residents earn more than 10M RUR a quarter. The increase in total revenue for the first quarter happened because some residents passed through the prototype stage and made first sales last year. The revenue of R&D projects for the industry is also gradually increasing.

The incubator has a programme of the Technology Transfer Center to increase the sales of its residents, which aims at establishing business connections between startups and large client companies.

Recall that the total revenue of the residents of Ingria Business Incubator in 2012 amounted to 606M RUR.
