Russia's first Medical Technopark in Novosibirsk

Innovative medical technology center was established in the territory of the Novosibirsk Scientific and Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, and with its active participation. The high-riser was built in record time. This is the third industrial park in the region after Academpark and biotech in Koltsovo.
The industrial park aims at making the high-tech care for patients more available and at the same time ensuring the demand for domestic developments.
Earlier it was reported that the industrial park will have five priority areas: diagnostic test systems, hardware-controlled diagnostics methods, new materials, cell microsurgery and information technologies in medicine. One of today's developments of the technopark is the bionanoceramic joints, many times stronger than those made of steel and polymer. A unique device can diagnose even small deformations of the spine in 2 minutes.
All the products represented in the technopark do not end with the development of a certain technique but with the development of technology that is ready to be immediately put into practice. Everything that is done here has one purpose - the patient, - said Catherine Mamonova, the General Director of the Novosibirsk Technopark.
Technopark is actively cooperating with the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences and the Medical University. Soon research laboratories will be opened here, the developers will be able to conduct clinical trials of new products. And then the creation of a closed-cycle technology - from idea to implementation - will be fully completed.
