Pekka Viljakainen, a Finnish national and advisor to the president of the Skolkovo Foundation in Russia, participated in Russian StartUp Tour, a multiregional start-up focused event. The Nizhny Novgorod leg of the Tour, in the mid-Volga area, took place in late April, 2013. A reported 11 Nizhny projects have been picked to receive special Russian StartUp Tour awards.
