More 125B RUB will be allocated to Skolkovo

Up to 2020 budget financing of Skolkovo will comprise 125,3B RUB, Dmitry Medvedev has signed documents on it. Minimum the same amount will be received from private resources. Annual revenues from participants` activity by the end of this period should increase up to 100B RUB.

Chairman of the Government Dmitry Medvedev by the order confirmed a new edition of the Government program “Economic development and innovation-driven economy”. The document includes subprogram on innovation center Skolkovo development.

Validity of this document is limited with the period since 2012 till 2020 years included. Namely by this period there should be finished construction of innovation center Skolkovo. During this time the total amount of its budget financing will comprise 125,2B RUB. Expenses on 24,3B RUB of these sum comes to 2013, 23B RUB will be invested in 2014, and 18,3B RUB is planned to invest in 2015. These expenses enter into Federal budget 2013, and are represented in a planning period for the two next years.

Key performance indicators of the Center are defined. As a result of the subprogram realization there should increase amount of applications for State registration of intellectual property objects, filed by companies-participants. In 2012 the amount of such applications was 159, and by 202 this amount should become 350. Thus, accrued the amount of applications should exceed 2000.

Another key indicator is revenues of the companies-participants in Skolkovo, received from the results of investigating activity, in 2012 it comprised 1,2B RUB, and by 202 the Government is intended to raise it up 100B RUB, that is the sum, compared with the federal budget expenses on the center development.
