Integra sold its Stromneftemash business

Integra Group closed the deal of selling its production of cementing and road-building equipment in Kostroma. The company sold 100% of OOO Stromneftemash to TrudinvestLimited for $24,1 mln. The deal includes $17,3 in cash and certain non-monetary financings.
