MTS obtained control over MGTS

ОАО “Mobilnye TeleSistemy” (MTS) became the owner of 55,732% shares of ОАО “Moskovskaya Gorodskaya Telefonnaya Set’”, that previously belonged to “Komstar-OTS”. All agreements with Komstar will be followed to by OAO MTS on previous conditions with no changes.
