RVC Seed Fund announces a co-investment programme Business Angel

Pre-seed grants and investments that support startups at the earliest stages, remain the weak area of the innovation ecosystem in Russia, - Igor Agamirzyan says, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of RVC, JSC. - The main problem of pre-seed investment is the selection of projects. Cooperation with relevant experts, business angels in this case, can partially solve this problem. The new programme of RVC Seed Fund Business Angel is aimed exactly at this.
The Business Angel programme will significantly increase the number of projects at the seed stage, which should have a positive impact on the number of projects that reach the next investment rounds.
Basic parameters of the Business Angel programme:
1. RVC Seed Fund invests in an innovative project jointly with a business angel, covering from 25% to 75% of the investment needs;
2. The investment of RVC Seed Fund in a single start-up is up to 3M RUR;
3. A business angel that participates in this program must have experience of successful investment of at least two startups.
