Da Vinci Capital and IPOboard sign a cooperation agreement

Da Vinci Capital Company, one of the leaders in private equity market in Russia and the CIS, and IPOboard signed a cooperation agreement which provides for joint activities of the two partners to support small innovative and portfolio companies of Da Vinci Capital by using IPOboard tools.

IPOboard (www.IPOboard.ru) is an electronic information and trading system to attract capital in promising private equity firms of the innovation sector of the economy. IPOboard is part of Innovation and Investment Market of the Moscow Stock Exchange. The main objective of the platform is to find growing companies with small and medium capitalization and bring them to the stock market.

The partners will work together to provide organizational, informational and analytical support to projects when bringing them to the market and promoting on IPOboard; Da Vinci Capital will attract professional managers, mentors, advisors and experts during the development of projects on IPOboard.
